Triathlon

Triathlon is a sport that is geared towards people who have experience in many sports. We all learn from the kids the three basic sports of swimming, cycling and running. The combination of these three sports strengthens and activates all the major muscle groups but mainly builds a very strong cardiopulmonary system in the body.

Each of the Triathlon sports has its own special training, there are always multiple opportunities and solutions during training to bring about improvement in each of them individually. At times, for example, you may feel that you are in a very good position on the bike and running, then you have to pay attention to swimming. Usually the weakest of the sports that a triathlete has is characterized by his level, so in order to strike a balance between sports this differentiation should also be reflected in the workout.
